This project was contracted to develop small, but desirable accommodations for active individuals and couples.
Designed as a podium-style, this project includes three levels of wood framed residential units on top of a one-level structural steel-framed parking garage. The building is comprised of fifteen units; a combination of 550 sf one-bedroom units, and 900 sf two-bedroom units.
