Nouria Energy desired a memorable, landmark location that provided easy access to both Logan Airport travelers and East Boston neighborhoods.

This $4.75M Convenience Center totals 6,600 sf and houses Nouria Energy’s better-option convenience store, a one-of-a-kind Starbucks, and Meridian Market (a favorite East Boston Eatery). This project features an outdoor plaza which connects directly to the Jeffries Point neighborhood of East Boston. Effectively providing the community with a gathering place, and easy access to the center’s conveniences. The building’s signature contemporary design employs a double-sloped roof; evoking the feeling of flight. As appropriate to the location’s surroundings, only high-quality and sustainable materials were chosen to be used throughout the project.
