How do you put a client’s goals before your own in a project?
Asking a lot of questions! By asking questions we are able to understand what is important to our clients. It also enables us to find solutions that help them achieve their goals. Asking for the client’s input makes everyone feel like they are being heard and that we are working together to manage the expectations of the project. Communication is key!
What does it mean to you to be 100% client-centric.
To me, being 100% client-centric means personalized and proactive service, a meaningful experience, and building lasting relationships. The same collaborative and encouraging environment that PZD has internally extends to our clients. Every action and decision we make is done with our client’s best interest in the forefront.
What inspires you most about your field?
Growth and creation are what inspires me most about working in the A/E/C industry. Working together with our teams to be able to deliver a design that is relevant today, tomorrow, and potentially for decades to come, is a privilege. The designers at PZD are top-notch and are consistently wowing me with their creativity and talent. To be a part of the process is an opportunity I am thankful for.
