Longmeadow Shops

A 21,126 sf building expansion was developed to contain three major tenants: CVS, Verizon, and J. Crew Mercantile. The building was carefully designed to blend in with existing architectural style already established by the development. The design team also identified a gateway to the east end of the sprawling development, to make it more accessible and inviting.
