Phase Zero Design Named 2018 AIA New England Emerging Professional Friendly Firm

We are excited to announce that Phase Zero Design has been named a 2018 Emerging Professional Friendly Firm by AIA New England!

The award, sponsored by New England’s Young Architect Regional Director (YARD) and Regional Associate Director (RAD), is given to firms who display an outstanding commitment to the development of their Emerging Professional staff. The AIA defines an Emerging Professional (EP) as a student, recent graduate or architect licensed within the last 10 years. A committee reviewed survey responses and awarded ‘Emerging Professional Friendly’ status to firms who are dedicated to growing, mentoring, and teaching their staff.

For the medium firm category, a score of 30 points was required to meet the Friendly Firm status. Of the responding firms, the category average was 34.1 points. Phase Zero Design had a total of 37 points.

Congratulations to all Emerging Professional Friendly Firms!
