Phase Zero Design, a national architecture, interior design and planning services firm, is pleased to announce that John Selle, AIA has joined the team as Project Architect. Selle joins Phase Zero Design after seven years with Architerra in Boston, MA, where he served as Associate Principal and focused primarily on academic projects.
“John’s extensive experience in several different market sectors is a huge asset to our firm as we continue to diversify. We are thrilled he has joined our firm,” says Jim Kimball, co-founding principal of Phase Zero Design.
John has worked on a broad range of project types in his 15 years in practice, including academic, civic, retail, and residential projects. He appreciates the unique challenges and opportunities that come with each project and client’s particular needs.
“Living on Boston’s South Shore, I was excited to learn more about such a dynamic design firm in my backyard. The more I learned, the more I liked, and I joined Phase Zero having found the ideal mix -- interesting projects, a balanced culture, and a great group of people,” says John.
Growing up in the mountains of Colorado, John has always had a love for the outdoors, which he incorporates into his passion for sustainability and green design -- he has been LEED Accredited since 2005. John received a Bachelor of Environmental Design degree from the University of Colorado, and a Master in Architecture degree from Harvard University. John is also a registered Architect.
