Multiple Locations

Canna Provisions is working with Phase Zero Design to open two recreational marijuana dispensaries in Lee and Holyoke, Massachusetts. Phase Zero Design created the interior and exterior improvements, and the site improvements for the 3,000 square foot Holyoke location and the 2,400 square foot Lee location.

Phase Zero Design has been working in completing the Special Permitting Application process for both locations in order to obtain final licensure to open. This included obtaining the Community Host Agreement for both locations, overseeing the Special Building Application process for a ‘Zone Change to Operate a Recreational Marijuana Dispensary’ with Public Hearings, and successfully applying for Building and Site Plan Approvals. 

Both projects are currently undergoing the Building Permit Application review process within their respective cities.

Crack'd Kitchen

Andover, MA

Crack'd is a culinary-driven, quick-casual eatery. The concept was inspired by the love of the breakfast sandwich and a need to give the community one that they truly deserve. The 1,700 sf flagship location in Andover, MA, will be the first of a New England roll out.

The enhanced dine-in and take out guest experience is enabled by technology and operational design constructed to keep up with high volume. The main design focus is to create a highly functional space that incorporates an egg and breakfast theme, grab n go, and a place of community for their patrons.

Quarry Walk | Oxford Town Center

Oxford, CT

We created a new Master Plan for Quarry Walk, a combined mixed-use development including retail, restaurant, office and residential..

This grocery anchored Community Retail Center includes 173,000 SF of retail, restaurant and office space, over 200 units of apartments and townhouses, over 800 parking spaces, and an urgent care medical center. 

Sited on 30 acres in a former rock quarry, the development provides a new space for the Oxford Community, complete with Town Green and a multi-use band shell for festival events.single-faced clock tower, covered walkways and an outdoor dining patio.

Nouria Gas Station

Boston, MA

The new $4.75M Logan Airport Nouria Energy totals 6,600 sf, encompassing a 3,900 sf retail area.

The project features a fueling station and convenience store with Starbucks and a local East Boston eatery serving Logan Airport rental car customers and surrounding East Boston Community.

The double sloped roof and angled canopy evocative of flight, custom fueling island shrouds and daylit, double height interior retail space make it the best-looking gas station in the U.S.A. Outdoor seating at Meridian Market, the local East Boston Eatery, welcomes the Jeffries Point neighborhood.

The Grove

Shrewsbury, MA

The Grove in Shrewsbury Massachusetts is currently under design and is planned to be approximately 600,000 SF. It will be a true mixed-use project with retail, restaurant, entertainment, and office space along with extensive surface and structured parking. Planned outdoor spaces will be provided including walking and fitness trails, park areas and food truck areas.

All of the buildings are planned to be multi-story and all have extensive vertical circulation systems along with public space. The project sits on a sloped site with access directly off of Route 9 West. Adjacent to the site sits the old Spags Distribution Center which will be renovated and restored to include additional retail and restaurant uses. 

Saints Academy | Student Life Center

Beverly, MA

A renovation and expansion to an existing parsonage to accommodate the growth of the Academy with a new athletic facility and a multi-purpose auditorium.  The architectural design for the new addition to include a new gym-natorium, atrium, locker rooms, restrooms, stage, and auxiliary space anticipated for special events or watching athletic events.

The existing parsonage will be renovated to comply with building codes in support of the building addition to include additional classroom and administrative spaces.
