This grocery anchored Community Retail Center includes 173,000 SF of retail, restaurant and office space, over 200 units of apartments and townhouses, over 800 parking spaces, and an urgent care medical center.
Sited on 30 acres in a former rock quarry, the development provides a new space for the Oxford Community, complete with Town Green and a multi-use band shell for festival events.single-faced clock tower, covered walkways and an outdoor dining patio.

A new building façade was designed to help the existing retail tenants stand out among a highly developed area within Westport, CT.
The exterior renovations include adding an accent tower to each end of the complex, new aluminum storefront, new roofing, and new siding to give the building a fresh look.
The new building was designed to accommodate the existing tenants requirement to remain operating during construction.

This 75,000 sf retail establishment was developed on a brownfield site in West Hartford, CT.
This Stop & Shop anchored project boasts flexible tenant spaces with potential future pad development sites. The project replaced an abandoned manufacturing complex and is well integrated into the surrounding neighborhood.The development was recognized as the 2012 Best in Class Commercial Development by the Real Estate Exchange.

The Grove in Shrewsbury Massachusetts is currently under design and is planned to be approximately 600,000 SF. It will be a true mixed-use project with retail, restaurant, entertainment, and office space along with extensive surface and structured parking. Planned outdoor spaces will be provided including walking and fitness trails, park areas and food truck areas.
All of the buildings are planned to be multi-story and all have extensive vertical circulation systems along with public space. The project sits on a sloped site with access directly off of Route 9 West. Adjacent to the site sits the old Spags Distribution Center which will be renovated and restored to include additional retail and restaurant uses.
This project was a successful 'de-malling' project for the former Norwich Mall. The project revitalized an indoor mall with an extensive vacancy rate into an open-air shopping center with a 90% occupancy rate. Square footage was reduced from 260,000 SF to 160,000 SF creating better delivery and service access to the rear of the building.

This project consisted of a new 21,126 sf building expansion to the already impressive Longmeadow Shops.
The new building was developed to contain three major tenants, CVS, Verizon, and J. Crew Mercantile. The building was designed to blend in with the existing architectural style already established by the development and also identify a gateway to the east end of the sprawling development.

This 102,000 sf reposition a dead shopping center parcel in Chelmsford, MA.
The space was an old Stop & Shop and Marshalls location that had been vacant for a number of years. The project reconfigured the structures into a mixed-use center with 8 tenants including a health club, various restaurants and retailers. The building's design features new tower elements, including a single-faced clock tower, covered walkways and an outdoor dining patio.

West Marine Plaza is a successful retail plaza along the busy Route 1 Corridor in Old Saybrook, Connecticut. The Plaza includes a bank and additional retail buildings surrounding a central parking lot. Phase Zero Design worked closely with West Marine in developing their new prototype for this location, and continued this architectural styling onto the adjacent retail structures. We are working with West Marine to design a second location in Mystic, CT.
