Andy's Center

This project was initiated to revitalize the plaza, which had been predominantly vacant since 2012 in hopes of attracting a new range of tenants.

Now the space is home to a variety of tenants. The project also creates opportunity for a drive-thru restaurant, as well as a mix of retail and office space. Furthermore, our retail and healthcare team collaborated to reposition some of the space at the center into an 11,470 SF healthcare facility for UConn Health Simsbury. The space was a perfect fit for them as it is significantly larger with high ceilings and an open floor plan, allowing them to expand their services offerings to the local community.
