Phase Zero Design is transforming a former Verizon corporate campus into a 7-12 school in Marlborough, MA, involving various renovations to the existing buildings. This specific project encompasses the creation of classrooms, an auditorium, an E-Sports room, a podcast room, a recording studio, a green screen room, a gym, and common spaces for students to interact and learn.
The design approach for NEIA prioritizes student comfort, flexibility, and engagement. Through thoughtful space planning, technology integration, and attention to detail, the team sought to create an environment that cultivates curiosity, critical thinking, and collaboration—essential skills for shaping a better world.
