Our team collaborated with Newton-Wellesley Medical Group, Mass General Brigham, Vantage Builders, and Long Consulting to deliver a state-of-the-art primary care facility in Wellesley, MA. The 4,500-square-foot medical office fit-out features 10 exam rooms, five doctor/assistant stations, a phlebotomy room, a medical room, a call center, a staff breakroom, and various patient amenities.

Designed to maximize functionality and comfort, the facility enhances patient care and staff efficiency. As the space is situated within an occupied building housing other medical offices, the project required meticulous planning and coordination to maintain safety and cleanliness throughout construction. This project exemplifies the seamless integration of thoughtful design and patient-focused care, providing exceptional healthcare services to the Wellesley community.
