Quarry Walk

We developed a new master plan for Oxford’s Quarry Walk. The property functions as a combination, mixed-use development including healthcare, retail, restaurant, office space and residential. This grocery anchored community retail center includes 173,000 SF of retail, restaurant and office space, over 800 parking spaces, a daycare, and a medical office building. Situated on 30 acres in a former rock quarry, the development provides a new space for the Oxford Community—complete with a Town Green. Also present on site are a multi-use band shell for festival events, recognizable single-faced clock tower, covered walkways, and outdoor dining abound.
